Although you don't have the benefit of a tutor to give immediate feedback, distance learning is great for those who enjoy working at their own pace. How does it work?
You will be sent a resource pack which contains a workbook, a handbook and some assessment questions. There are lots of questions/puzzles which are designed to test the learner working in a food premises. The handbook is there for support whilst you complete the workbook. Once this is done they will be marked and an exam date booked which you will need to attend. Contact with your tutor can be arranged on line for any learners who need additional support.
What happens if I can't attend the exam date?
Let us know as soon as possible. If exam papers have already been ordered then you will still be charged a fee. You could still sit a later date and only pay the exam fee.
