e-learning

     After listening to feedback from businesses and learners we have added an e learning resource called i-hospitality.  This site is a good way to familiarise yourself with the basics of how staff in the food and drinks sector must operate.  Food Safety, Licensing Law and Health & Safety are all described with assessment questions to test yourself.  You can also check out the free downloads section.

We recommend i-hospitality for people new to the industry who want to gain some prior knowledge or for supervisors and managers who wish to show records of Lv 2 refresher training with their staff.    For a small fee you can have a record of your achievement posted out to you.
